Kenya Education Network Trust is trusted with the responsibility of facilitating Education using ICT. 

My role as a Network Administrator is to ensure that the Institutions we serve as able to connect to the Internet and to be able to leverage this interconnectivity to improve the quality of education, increase global collaboration using National Education and Research networks and facilitate distance and e-learning. This will in the end bring Kenyan and African education 
standards in any given part of the country to international standards. there is no limit to the transformation that access to information can do the our Students, educators and researchers in beginning to solve our own problems here in Africa.

My work experience has exposed me to the basics of LINUX and UNIX System administration and has prepared me for a formal learning session.
